At Bokashi Seed Vault, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received and approved.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays unless otherwise stated on the Site.
Please note that processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping through third-party carriers. Available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, when applicable.
All shipping timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may vary based on carrier operations, weather, holidays, high-order volume, service interruptions, and the destination of the shipment.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

We do not ship to locations where our products are restricted by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordering and receiving products is lawful in their jurisdiction.
Order Tracking
If tracking is provided for your order, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once the package has been shipped.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Bokashi Seed Vault is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.
If an order has not yet shipped, contact us immediately at customerservice@bokashiearthworks.com to request an address correction. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Delayed Shipments
We make reasonable efforts to ship orders within the timeframe stated on the Site or at checkout. If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay.
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request to cancel the order for a refund. Once the package has been shipped, the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bokashi Seed Vault is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages.
If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. You may also contact us at customerservice@bokashiearthworks.com, and we will try to assist where possible, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages lost or stolen after shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within [3–5 business days] of delivery at customerservice@bokashiearthworks.com and include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged contents, if applicable
We will review the issue and determine whether a claim with the carrier or another resolution is appropriate.
No Refunds After Shipment
Customers may request a cancellation and refund only if the package has not yet been sent.
Once an order has been shipped, no cancellations or refunds will be granted.

At Bokashi Seed Vault, we work to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellations and Refunds Before Shipment
Customers may request to cancel an order for a full refund only if the order has not yet been shipped.
If your order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at customerservice@bokashiearthworks.com with your order number. If the order is still in our possession and has not entered the shipping process, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.
No Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
If your package has already been sent, all sales are final. This includes orders that are in transit, delayed by the carrier, refused, or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Bokashi Seed Vault is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Bokashi Seed Vault is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. Any delivery issues after shipment must be handled with the shipping carrier.
